Reviews on your site help new customers trust you. Here's how to add them.
Two ways to do it:
WAY 1 — Send us the text
Open the support chat, pick "Website edit," and paste a review you got somewhere. Include the customer's name. We'll put it on your site within a day. Examples:
"Acme fixed our furnace the same day for $300 less than the other quote. Couldn't be happier!" — Sarah M., Indianapolis
WAY 2 — Link your Google reviews
Do you have a Google Business Profile with reviews? You can show a live "See our 4.9 stars on Google" badge that links to your real reviews. To do this:
- Go to your Google Business Profile on a phone or computer
- Find the "Get more reviews" or "Share" button
- Copy the short link (looks like g.co/r/something)
- Send us that link in a support ticket
We'll put the badge on your site. When new reviews come in on Google, they show automatically. No work for you.
What makes a review actually convince people:
- Specific beats vague. "He came at 2am during the freeze" beats "great service."
- A first name and city feels real ("Sarah M., Indianapolis"). Just initials feels fake.
- Don't make them up. Customers can tell, and Google can tell.
If you don't have any reviews yet: ask your last 3 happy customers via text. "Hey, would you mind leaving us a quick Google review? Here's the link." Most will say yes if you ask.
