Terms of Service

Last updated: October 2026

These terms are a starting point and have not been reviewed by counsel. Replace the business name, operator name, and jurisdiction with your own, and have a lawyer in your jurisdiction review and adjust before going live with paying customers.

1. Who we are

“LeadPointWeb” (“we”, “us”) is a web-design service operated by Connor Wilson. By using our website, submitting a quote request, or paying for our services, you (“Client”, “you”) agree to these Terms.

2. What we deliver

For each engagement we build a custom small-business website using our LeadPointWeb template system. Standard delivery is a live production website at the URL you provide, including:

  • A custom homepage, services page, about page, and contact page
  • Mobile-responsive layout built with semantic, keyboard-navigable markup and accessibility in mind. We do not warrant conformance to any particular WCAG level, and accessibility of content you add or change after launch remains your responsibility.
  • SEO meta tags, sitemap, robots.txt, and LocalBusiness JSON-LD
  • An admin login so you can edit your own text and photos
  • AI-assistant ready: an agent card and endpoint on the open A2A standard, so AI assistants that support it can read your published services, hours and FAQ and pass you quote and booking requests to confirm. We do not control which assistants support or use it.
  • A 30-day post-launch courtesy check-in

Anything outside this scope (custom integrations such as connecting your own booking, CRM or payment systems, e-commerce, multi-page content beyond the four pages above, app-style features) is a separate quoted add-on.

Our promise. We make two promises on every new website:

  • Your preview within 24 hours. We will send you a preview of your website within 24 hours of receiving your business name, phone number, services, town or city, and hours. If we miss that, we will not charge your first monthly subscription fee. Delays on your side, such as missing information, extend the deadline by the same amount.
  • A design you’re happy with. Before launch, we will keep making the design changes you ask for, within the scope above, at no extra cost, until you are happy with the design. Work outside that scope is quoted as an add-on.

3. Fees and refunds

Our standard offer is a one-time build fee plus an optional monthly hosting/maintenance subscription. Exact amounts are stated on the invoice or order confirmation you receive.

  • Build fees are non-refundable once delivered. Setup work begins on payment and is non-refundable once the site has been delivered for your review.
  • Monthly hosting subscription (if applicable) renews automatically and may be cancelled any time via the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation stops future charges; we do not pro-rate the current month.
  • Add-ons beyond the standard scope are billed separately and are non-refundable once delivered.

4. Your responsibilities

  • Provide accurate business information (name, phone, address, hours, services).
  • Provide any photos, logos, or copy you want featured. If you don’t, we may use stock imagery and template copy you can replace later.
  • Own (or have legal permission to use) any content you provide. You represent that materials you submit do not infringe third-party rights.
  • Buy and control your own domain name. We can recommend registrars and assist with DNS setup but the domain remains in your account.

5. Ownership and license

You own the final assembled website content (text, photos you uploaded, your data). The underlying template system, source code, and any platform-level tooling remain the property of LeadPointWeb.

On request after launch we will export a static archive of your site you can self-host. The template system itself is not transferable.

6. Hosting, uptime, and edits

For the duration of an active monthly subscription we host your site on a commercial CDN and perform up to 2 small content edits per calendar month at no extra charge. “Small edit” means changes that take less than 30 minutes total (text changes, photo swaps, hours updates, contact info). Anything larger is quoted separately.

We target 99.9% monthly uptime but make no service-level guarantee. Outages caused by upstream providers, DDoS, or your own DNS changes are not our liability.

7. Termination

Either party may end the engagement at any time by written notice. Build fees already paid are non-refundable once the site has been delivered. Cancelling the monthly hosting subscription stops future charges but is not retroactive for the current period.

We may terminate immediately if you fail to pay, breach these Terms, or engage in unlawful activity through the site we built for you.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability under these Terms is limited to the fees you paid us in the prior 12 months. We are not liable for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, indirect damages, or consequential damages.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state where LeadPointWebis headquartered, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in that state.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a new version at this URL with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of our services after the update constitutes acceptance.
