What's the $500 setup fee for?: It covers the initial website build, setup and launch of your website.
Is my domain included?: Your domain (such as yourbusiness.com) is separate. You own it and pay its registration and renewal fees directly to your registrar. We can help connect it to your website.
What's included in $50/month?: Website hosting, SSL, backups, uptime and security monitoring, technical support, and up to 2 small website edits a month (changes that take under 30 minutes, like text, photos, hours or contact details).
What if I cancel?: You keep your domain. Cancelling stops future charges, and hosting and maintenance end. The current month isn't pro-rated. On request, we'll export a copy of your site you can host somewhere else.

What does the $500 setup fee cover?: Your one-time setup fee covers the initial website build, customization, setup and launch of your business website.
Is my domain included in the price?: Your domain name (for example, yourbusiness.com) is separate from your monthly subscription. You own your domain and pay its registration and renewal fees directly to your domain registrar. We'll help connect your domain to your website.
What is included in the $197 monthly fee?: Your Growth plan includes:
Website hosting
SSL certificate
Website backups
Uptime and security monitoring
Ongoing website maintenance
Website edits within your plan's agreed limits
Website performance and conversion improvements
Monthly reporting and recommendations to help improve your website
Do I have to pay extra for hosting?: Website hosting is included in your monthly Growth subscription. Domain registration, premium third-party services and any work outside your plan may cost extra. We'll explain any additional charges before you approve them.
What happens if I cancel my subscription?: Your domain stays yours. Cancelling stops future charges, and hosting and ongoing services end. The current month isn't pro-rated. We'll give you a copy of your website to host somewhere else, or move it to your own hosting account.
Are there any hidden fees?: No surprise charges. Any additional services, third-party expenses or work outside your plan will be explained to you before you approve the cost.
Is the Growth plan right for my business?: Growth is designed for businesses that want more than a website. It combines website maintenance with ongoing improvements, performance monitoring and recommendations to help turn more visitors into potential customers.
