Your monthly plan includes up to 2 small edits a month, done by us at no extra charge. You can also change your own text and photos in your portal ("Your website") as often as you like.
A small edit is something we can do in under 30 minutes. Examples:
- Change any text — services, prices, hours, descriptions
- Swap a photo for a new one
- Add or remove a service from your services list
- Update your phone, email, address
- Update or add a customer review
A paid extra is something bigger that takes more work. Examples:
- A whole new page (like a blog, photo gallery, FAQ page)
- A redesign or layout change
- Adding a calendar, online store, or booking system
- Importing a lot of content from your old site
- Heavy photo editing
If you're not sure which one your request is, just ask. We'll tell you upfront — and if it's a paid extra, we'll quote you the price BEFORE we do any work. No surprise bills.
