We reply within 24 to 48 hours on business days, and most small edits are done in that time. Changes you make yourself in "Your website" go live within about a minute of publishing.
To get it done faster, do these:
- Send one thing per request (instead of "change five things at once")
- Be specific. "Change the phone on the homepage to 555-1234" is great. "Update my info" is not.
- If you're sending a photo, make sure it's a real photo file (not a Google Drive link that needs sign-in)
- A screenshot with what you want changed circled saves a lot of back-and-forth
What slows things down:
- "Make the site look better" — we need to know exactly what to change
- Photos sent as links that ask us to "request access"
- Not answering when we ask a follow-up question
