Two ways. Pick whichever suits you.
WAY 1 — Change it yourself
- Sign in at /client/login
- Open "Your website"
- Pick the section you want to change, edit it and press "Save draft"
- Look at it with "Preview", then press "Publish changes"
Saving only makes a draft, so nothing on your site changes until you publish. Most changes are live within about a minute. A few things (like your business name, your services and your headline) get a quick check from our team before they go live.
Photos for your gallery go in "Photos" (up to 24).
WAY 2 — Ask us to do it
Open "Requests" in your portal, pick what you want changed and tell us. Be specific. Examples that work great:
- "Change the phone on the homepage from 555-1234 to 555-9876"
- "Replace the photo on the Services page with the one I'm attaching"
- "Update Saturday hours to 9am–2pm"
Your monthly plan includes up to 2 small edits a month done by us. A small edit is one that takes under 30 minutes: text, a photo swap, hours, contact details, adding or removing a service.
Bigger work is quoted first:
- A whole new page
- A new section design
- A redesign or layout change
- Adding a calendar, store or booking system
You won't break anything by asking. If something is bigger than a small edit, we'll tell you the price before we start.
