- What's the $500 setup fee for?
- It covers the initial website build, setup and launch of your website.
- Is my domain included?
- Your domain (such as yourbusiness.com) is separate. You own it and pay its registration and renewal fees directly to your registrar. We can help connect it to your website.
- What's included in $50/month?
- Website hosting, SSL, backups, uptime and security monitoring, technical support, and up to 2 small website edits a month (changes that take under 30 minutes, like text, photos, hours or contact details).
- What if I cancel?
- You keep your domain. Cancelling stops future charges, and hosting and maintenance end. The current month isn't pro-rated. On request, we'll export a copy of your site you can host somewhere else.

- No. Your Give button goes to the giving service your church already uses, so the money goes straight to you. We never take payments for you.
- Can we put our sermons on the site?
- Yes. If you post them on YouTube or Vimeo, they play right on your site, newest first, with a link to the rest.
- Who updates the service times and events?
- Send us changes from your dashboard or by email and we make them. Small edits are part of the monthly plan.
- Is this only for churches?
- No. It works the same way for ministries, nonprofits, community centres and any group where people come to a place: times, what to expect, how to get involved.
- Will this bring more people through the door?
- Nobody can promise that. What a good site does is make it easy for someone looking for a church to find your times, see what a Sunday is like and feel welcome before they arrive.
