License & Terms of Sale
Last updated: July 2026
These License & Terms of Sale (the “Terms”) govern your purchase and use of the LeadPoint system — the software, templates, playbooks, scripts, bonuses, and any related digital materials (together, the “Product”) sold by the LeadPoint owner (“we,” “us,” the “Owner”). “You” means the person or entity that purchases the Product.
1. Acceptance of these Terms
By purchasing, downloading, accessing, or using the Product, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the Product. If you are buying on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business.
2. What you are buying
You are buying a one-time license to a set of software and digital materials that you download and run on your own accounts and infrastructure. The Product is not a service, a done-for-you build, a managed platform, employment, a partnership, or a business or income opportunity. We do not operate your business, host your sites, build sites for your clients, or find you clients.
3. License grant and restrictions
Subject to these Terms and your payment, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Product to operate your own web-design business — including building and selling websites for your own clients and keeping 100% of what you charge them.
You may not, and may not permit anyone else to:
- Resell, redistribute, sublicense, lease, lend, share, publish, or give away the Product, in whole or in part;
- Repackage, rebrand, or resell the Product (or a derivative of it) as your own software, template kit, course, or system;
- Post the Product’s source code, templates, playbooks, scripts, or bonuses publicly or to any file-sharing, repository, or marketplace;
- Remove or alter any copyright, license, or ownership notices.
Delivering finished websites you build for your clients is expressly allowed — that is the intended use. What is prohibited is distributing the LeadPoint system itself.
4. Digital product — refunds inside the 7-day guarantee
The Product is a digital good delivered instantly or shortly after purchase. It is covered by our 7-day satisfaction guarantee: if it isn’t what the sales page described, email us within 7 days of purchase and we will refund you in full, no questions asked, by the same method you paid. The full terms of that guarantee are on the sales page.
After the 7-day window closes, all sales are final and non-refundable. Because you receive the full Product immediately, you acknowledge and agree that outside that window you waive any right to a refund, cancellation, or “cooling-off” period for change of mind.
If you want a refund, use the guarantee — that is what it is for. Initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal without first requesting a refund is a breach of these Terms, immediately terminates your license, and does not entitle you to keep or use the Product.
5. Provided “as is” — no warranties
The Product is provided “as is” and “as available”, with all faults and without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Product will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, compatible with your systems, or that it will meet your requirements or produce any particular result. You are solely responsible for setting up, hosting, configuring, updating, and maintaining the Product on your own accounts.
6. No income or results guarantee
Any earnings, pricing, timelines, or results mentioned anywhere in our marketing, the Product, or related materials (for example, figures such as “$500–$1,000+ per site,” “5–10×,” or “$2–3k per site”) are illustrations and examples only — not promises, projections, or guarantees of income or results.
Your results depend entirely on factors outside our control, including your own effort, skill, consistency, market, timing, and how you run your business. Many people who buy tools like this make little or no money. We do not guarantee that you will earn anything, land any clients, or recover the cost of the Product. Nothing we provide is financial, business, legal, tax, or investment advice.
7. You are responsible for your own clients
Any websites, services, or products you provide to your own customers are your responsibility alone. We have no relationship or contract with your customers. You set your own prices, contracts, refund policies, timelines, and support, and you handle all communication, disputes, and refunds with your customers directly.
We are not liable to you or to any of your customers if a customer is dissatisfied with a website you built, if a site you deliver contains errors, or for any dispute, claim, chargeback, or loss arising between you and your customers. You are the provider of record to your customers.
8. Third-party services
The Product works alongside third-party services you sign up for and control — for example Stripe (payments), hosting/database providers (such as Vercel and Turso), domain registrars, and AI providers. You are responsible for creating, paying for, and complying with the terms of those accounts.
We are not responsible for third-party fees, outages, changes, account suspensions, data loss, or actions, and we do not control and are not liable for those providers. Your use of them is subject to their terms, not ours.
9. Your compliance and lawful use
You are solely responsible for complying with all laws and regulations that apply to how you use the Product and run your business, including (without limitation) telemarketing and calling laws (such as the TCPA and do-not-call rules), email and messaging laws (such as CAN-SPAM), advertising and consumer-protection laws, and privacy and data-protection laws governing you and your clients’ data.
The Product may include tools, scripts, or a call-window feature intended to help with compliance, but these are aids only and do not constitute legal advice or a guarantee of compliance. Using them does not shift responsibility to us. We are not liable for your unlawful or non-compliant use.
10. Acceptable use
You may not use the Product to create or promote anything illegal, infringing, fraudulent, deceptive, defamatory, or harmful, to send spam, or to violate any third party’s rights. We may suspend or terminate your license if you breach this section.
11. Intellectual property
We (or our licensors) own all intellectual property rights in the Product, including its software, source code, templates, designs, playbooks, scripts, bonuses, and branding. These Terms grant you a license, not a sale of, or transfer of ownership in, that intellectual property. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
The finished websites you build for your own clients belong to you and/or your clients as you arrange between yourselves; that ownership does not include the underlying LeadPoint system, which remains ours.
12. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Owner and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: your use of the Product; your business and the websites or services you provide to your customers; your outreach and marketing; your use of third-party services; your violation of any law; or your breach of these Terms.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business, arising out of or related to the Product or these Terms, even if advised of the possibility.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Product and these Terms will not exceed the amount you actually paid us for the Product. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
14. Support and community
Any support, community access (such as Discord), setup guide, or updates are provided as described at the time of purchase and on a reasonable-efforts, as-available basis. We do not guarantee one-to-one support, response times, service levels, or uptime, and community access may change or end.
15. Updates and changes to the Product
We may, but are not obligated to, provide updates, new templates, or improvements. We may modify, discontinue, or stop supporting any part of the Product at any time. Because you self-host your copy, discontinuation does not disable software already delivered to you.
16. Termination
Your license terminates automatically if you breach these Terms (including the license restrictions, acceptable use, or a chargeback). On termination you must stop using the Product and delete all copies in your possession. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, disclaimers, indemnification, and limitation of liability) will survive.
17. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version at this URL with a new “Last updated” date. The version in effect at the time of your purchase governs that purchase.
18. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which the Owner resides, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in that state, and you consent to that venue and jurisdiction.
19. General
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms, together with any order confirmation and our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Product and supersede any prior understandings. You may not assign these Terms; we may.
